A login account that lets a person sign in. It controls which security groups, sites and start centers they get.

Where in Maximo

Users app (in MAS, user management starts in MAS administration)

At Riverbend Dev's user account DPATEL gives him access to the technician security group at TP1.

In MAS, users are created and entitled at the suite level and then synced into Manage.
