Query / Saved Query
A search you save so you can reuse it. Queries filter the list of records in an application and can be shared with other users or used on Start Centers.

List tab in each application; Save Query action
At Riverbend Ana saves a query called 'My TP1 backlog' that shows approved work orders at TP1 assigned to the MECH craft.
